Our sweet friends asked us to "babysit" their pet turtle, Martin, for a week while they went on vacation. You would have thought the kids had just won a million dollars. When I told them...they screamed for a half an hour! We have no pets of our own nor do we plan to get one any time soon however, that does not keep the kids from asking for one every single day. Martin is no bigger than a half dollar and so stinking cute! The kids absolutely loved having him visit. Thanks Martin for being such a great house guest...you are welcome anytime!
