Our neighborhood had their semi-annual garage sale this weekend. We were not going to have one this year but the kids talked us into it. They always have so much fun with their lemonade stand and get so excited to pass on their toys to other kiddos that might enjoy them more now. Of course, I think I spent more money on the cups and lemonade mix than what the kids actually made but that's the fun of it! All their friends stopped by and of course lemonade is always "free" for your friends :) After an hour into it the kids got bored and begged me to take them around to the other neighborhood sales. With allowance money in hand, they successfully filled their bags one quarter at a time with a whole bunch of new treasures. They came home with more toys than what they sold and again the toys box of full...oh well...there is always another neighborhood garage sale in the spring!

What a great way to recycle! So, how many things did Lindsey, Danny & Hilary come home with as they shopped the other sales -- ha!
