It was a beautiful day on Sunday also so after church we decided to take the kids out to the La Chua Trail. This is a 3 mile walk along a trail where you get to see nature up close and personal! That day we saw so many gators we lost count. We also saw wild horses, bison within just a few feet from us, several species of birds, spiders, butterflies, etc... On the first part of our journey we witnessed a tall legged bird (see pictures above) steel a mama gator's new baby gator. This mama gator stalked this bird for a long time...it was nature at it's best! Hope you enjoy the pictures.
