Proper Sleep Habits for Toddlers

I believe you should adhere to a strict nap and sleep schedule for your growing toddler. Children need to sleep in their beds, blinds drawn, and keep any outside noise to a minimum. It is important that you do not allow your toddlers to go with out a nap or to "catch" a quick nap in the car will you are on the go. By adhering to a proper sleep schedule you will ensure both a pleasant attitude from your toddler and a peaceful household. ****Warning**** The above statement is true if and only if you don't actually have children of your own yet. Once you have children of your own you just pray for naptime any way you can get it. For example, here is Hilary sleeping in the living room at 5:00 pm in the midst of her older brother, sister, and father hooting and hollering! HA HA
