We got to celebrate Christmas with my parents today and the kids were so excited to spend the day at their house. We had such a relaxing day and played a ton of card games, opened gifts, watched the Hawkeye bowl game, and had yummy pizza for dinner. It was so much fun just being together and getting a chance to get all caught up after the holidays. Mom and John also hosted an earlier Christmas celebration the Sunday before Christmas. We got to celebrate that day with my stepbrother Ben and his wife Denisa and their kids David, Betsy, and Jesse along with Zach and Julie, and Julie and Nicole. I didn't get a single picture from that day which I feel terrible about. It was a great day and so wonderful to see everyone. Thanks Mom and John for hosting and we had a very Merry Christmas with you!
