On the last day of summer break we all got to go to the Iowa State Fair. The Paulson kids had never been to the fair before and they absolutely loved it. Scott's parents were in town and Scott took the day off of work to join us. The kid's cousins Jared and Laura also went for the day. Unfortunately, my camera battery died right before we got to view the famous butter cow however I did get a picture of the butter Lincoln memorial. The kids ever got to see a live birth of a baby calf which was pretty special. We saw lots of animals, took in a horse show, made some crafts, and got lots of "free" stuff from the exhibits. Thanks for a fun day at the fair!
