Well, Daniel's love of the metamorphase process has not wained and we are now on summer #2. Last summer Lindsey and Daddy planted a milk weed plant in our backyard and the caterpillars have been coming ever since. Danny likes to catch the caterpillars and set them up in a habitat in our lanai. He waits patiently and watches the life cycle. Here are pictures of the caterpillar he caught 2 weeks ago and then of the beautiful Monarch it became. Notice the pupa (chrysalis) in the upper right hand corner. Cool!
