Every other year we all get together for Thanksgiving! This means all my aunts, uncles, cousins and their families travel from all over the U.S. to Iowa for a big old Thanksgiving get together. This year it was in Ames and over 50 people came. It was so much fun to see everyone. The kids had a big area to play so they all had a blast. Lots of talking, basketball games, dodge ball, board games, eating, and more talking! A truly wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving day. Scott's parents also came to town so we got to spend all day on Friday with Arlan and Linda and Scott's sister's family Sara, John, Jared, and Laura. It was a relaxing day and it was so great to get caught up and have the cousins play all day together. They always have so much fun together. Happy Thanksgiving to all our family and friends!
