Wow...our sweet Lindsey turned 7 on Saturday! Grandpa and Grandma Greenwood got to come and help her celebrate her special day. We had a fabulous time and got to do so many different things yet the entire time we were all relaxed and just enjoyed being together. One of Lindsey's birthday gifts was getting her ears pierced. Mom and I got to take her to the mall Friday afternoon to get it done. Grandpa stayed at home and watched the younger kids so we could have a special outing just with Lindsey. She did so awesome and was so brave! On Saturday, we took a road trip to St. Augustine for the day and had great weather. We went to the Alligator Farm which was so much fun and far exceeded all of our expectations. We ate an early dinner at Santa Maria restaurant right on the water. Then we took the kids to the beach and they enjoyed playing in the ocean. When Lindsey was going to bed that night she said it was the best day she had ever had....my sweetheart! While Grandpa and Grandma were here we also got to have a fire pit, hit the pool, and played lots of Wii and card games. Last but not least...Lindsey lost her first tooth! She was so excited to finally loose a tooth and she now loves showing off her new smile. Thanks Aunt Julie for the tooth fairy pillow! Thank you Mom and John for a blessed visit...it was truly wonderful and we miss you already!
